Brief Report that can be provided to Schools or Pediatricians

*This evaluation will not screen for dyslexia, dyscalculia, or dysgraphia and are best for specific referral questions. The school district will need to conduct their own evaluation process to determine if your child qualifies for services but we will provide documentation of findings.
